Reflections

After 15 years of leading charities, I’m reflecting on my decision to step down as an NGO leader. I’ll share the primary reasons for my decision, including exhaustion, the desire to make way for new leaders, and a focus on my health and wellbeing. I’ll also discuss my future plans.
