Summer Group Coaching for Nonprofit Leaders

What we’ll work on

  • Deciding where to focus your time and energy
  • Working through a tricky leadership or governance relationship
  • Questioning ways of working that are no longer sustainable
  • Making a decision or exploring a change
  • Creating more space for the leadership you want to offer.

You don’t need a polished problem or a clear goal before joining.
We’ll work together to understand what needs your attention.

Unlike our open monthly kōrerorero, this is a dedicated coaching space where we’ll work more deeply with the real leadership challenges each person brings, returning to them over time.

Why four sessions?

Leadership challenges rarely resolve themselves in one conversation. Meeting over four months gives you time to explore what’s happening, try something different, reflect on what you’ve learnt and decide what comes next. You’ll have the support of the same small group along the way.

Please check that you can attend all four sessions before booking.

What you’ll takeaway

Across four (4) 90-minute sessions, you’ll work with the same small group of nonprofit leaders, with coaching and facilitation from me.

  • Greater clarity about a leadership challenge or decision
  • Fresh perspectives that help you see different options
  • Practical actions you can test between sessions
  • More confidence in how you want to lead
  • A small group of peers who understand the realities of nonprofit leadership.

We’ll agree how we work together, including confidentiality and respectful participation

About me

I’m Rochelle Stewart-Allen, The NGO Coach. I’ve spent more than 20 years leading nonprofits and working alongside community organisations, and I know how challenging it can be to find space to think when everyone needs something from you.

As a trained coach and former nonprofit chief executive, I bring both coaching expertise and firsthand experience of the realities of nonprofit leadership. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you think more clearly about what matters and what you want to do next.
