Rochelle Stewart-Allen

Rochelle, founder of The NGO Coach, is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience transforming nonprofit leadership.

Driven by her deep commitment to self-care and sustainable leadership, Rochelle is known for her powerful blend of empathy and strategy. She doesn’t just coach; she empowers overwhelmed leaders to reclaim control, build confidence, and lead with purpose.
